Our Principal

Robert C. Broderick, Jr., Esq. is the Principal and Sole-Proprietor of FSB Winchester Asset Management, LLC.

A native Pennsylvanian, Mr. Broderick was graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in May of 1987, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  While at William & Mary, Mr. Broderick played Varsity Baseball and was a Member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Upon graduation from William & Mary, Mr. Broderick matriculated at The Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  While at Wake Forest, Mr. Broderick was selected by the University’s Athletic Department to serve as an Economics tutor to undergraduate student-athletes.

Following Graduation from Wake Forest in 1990, Mr. Broderick returned to his home County (Chester County, Pennsylvania) and embarked upon a legal career, which rather quickly became limited to Private Criminal Defense representation.  Mr. Broderick’s Criminal Practice
primarily involved representing those accused of serious Felony Offenses.

Mr. Broderick no longer actively practices law, though he remains licensed to do so.

After moving to Winchester, Massachusetts in October of 2001, Mr. Broderick has devoted himself to various Not-For-Profit causes, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Mass Bay, The Massachusetts Coalition for the Blind and Winchester Community Access and Media.
Currently, Mr. Broderick is involved with The First Tee of Massachusetts, is a Member of the Ouimet Society and serves on the Board
of Directors of The Young Entrepreneur’s Alliance.

Mr. Broderick, and his family, had been clients of one of the known, respected and established Investment Firms for some dozen years
when he decided to accept a position with that firm.  His intention was to provide the professional and attentive service he believed he had
been receiving from the same firm for years.  It was during the period of his nearly two-year employ with the firm that Mr. Broderick realized
just how egregiously the firm under-served its clients and how grossly it over-paid itself and its employees for these services.

Holding true to his desire to help other investors, like himself and his family, and now prepared to do so, having been privy to the methods
(and, shall we say, lackluster, results) available from the large Investment firms, Mr. Broderick has founded FSB Winchester, with the
motto, “New Thinking for the New Reality”.

In addition to his law license, Mr. Broderick holds the Series 7, General Securities License and the Series 65, Investment Advisory License.

Mr. Broderick resides in Winchester, with his amazing Wife, Julie, and their beautiful Daughter, Fiona.
